2 The above result is subject to revision after rechecking of marks of those candidates who apply for the same.
3 The information about marks will be given after declaration of the final result subsequent to the Viva‐Voce as per the provision of the Rule‐17(2) of the Gujarat State Municipal Chief Officer’s service (Recruitment, absorption, and condition of service) Rules‐1996 as amended time to time.
4 As per the Provision of Rule 18(2) & 18(3) Gujarat State Municipal Chief Officer’s service (Recruitment, absorption, and condition of service) Rules‐1996 as amended time to time,
A. Candidates who had appeared in the Main Written Examination anddesire to recheck his marks have to apply along with such fees as fixed by the Commission for rechecking of marks within 30 days from the date of declaration of the final result subsequent to Viva‐voce.
B. Candidates who had appeared in the Main Written Examination and desire to have his Mark‐sheet has to apply along with such fees as fixed by the Commission within 15 days from the date of declaration of the final result subsequent to Viva‐voce.
5 If there is any change in the postal address of candidate who has qualified for interview test, they are requested to communicate the new postal address to the office of the commission immediately.
