General As part of the screening process, candidates will be tested in Physical Fitness Tests (PFT).Physical Fitness Tests (PFT) is mandatory and will be carried out for all categories during the screening process of recruitment to assess the candidate’s physical ability and courage.

Test The following tests will be concluded under Physical Fitness Tests (PFT) :

1.6 km run for Endurance.
Pull Ups on Beam (Under Grip) for Strength.
9 feet Ditch for Courage.
Zig-Zag Balance of Agility

Marking System System of awarding marks for various categories are as under:

Timings applicable to the conduct of 1.6 Km run in hilly terrain will be as under:

Between 5000 feet to 9000 feet - Additional 30 secs extra given to each group.
Between 9000 feet to 12000 feet - Additional 120 secs extra given to each group.

Pull Ups on Beam (Under Grip)

The marks for pull-ups on beam will be awarded as under:

• Soldier General Duty - Physical Fitness Test (PFT) + Common Entrance Examination (CEE) marks


• Soldier Technical / Clerk / Store Keeper Technical / Nursing Assistant -Common Entrance Examination (CEE) marks. However, the individual should have qualified inPhysical Fitness Test (PFT).


• Tradesmen with Aptitude Test - 30% Physical Fitness Test (PFT) marks + 30% Common Entrance Examination (CEE) marks + 40% Tradesman Aptitude Test marks.


• Tradesmen without Aptitude Test - 60% Physical Fitness Test (PFT) marks + 40% Common Entrance Examination (CEE) marks.


• Tradesmen Musician - 50% Physical Fitness Test (PFT) marks + 25% Aptitude Test marks + 25% Common Entrance Examination (CEE) marks.


• Havildar Education and Havildar Survey Automated Cartographer - No Weightage. However, JCO Religious Teacher / Catering / Direct Havildar Sportsman (Meritorious Sportsman) should have qualified inPhysical Fitness Test (PFT).

On the basis of the results of the COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICES EXAMINATION (II), 2017 held by the Union Public Service Commission on 19^th   November, 2017, 8692 candidates with the following Roll Numbers have qualified for being interviewed by the Service Selection Board of the Ministry of Defence, for admission to (i) Indian Military Academy, Dehradun 145^th Course commencing in July, 2018 (ii) Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala, Course commencing in July, 2018 (iii) Air Force Academy, Hyderabad (Pre-Flying) Training Course (204 F(P)) commencing in August, 2018 (iv) Officers Training Academy, Chennai  108^th SSC Course (NT)(for Men) commencing in October, 2018 and (v) Officers Training Academy, Chennai, 22^nd SSC Women (Non-Technical) Course commencing in October, 2018.

The candidature of all the candidates, whose Roll Numbers are shown in the lists below, is provisional. In accordance with the conditions of the admission to the examination, they are required to submit the original certificates in support of age (Date of Birth), educational qualifications, NCC (C) (Army Wing/Senior Division Air Wing/Naval Wing) etc. claimed by them along with attested copies thereof, to Army Headquarters, A.G.’s Branch/Rtg./CDSE Entry Section for males and SSC Women Entry Section for women candidates, West Block-III, Ground Floor, Wing 1, R.K. Puram, New Delhi-110066 in case of IMA/SSC as their first choice and to IHQ of MoD (Navy), DMPR (OI & R Section), Room No. 204, ‘C’-Wing, Sena Bhawan, New Delhi-110011 in case of Navy as their first choice, and to PO 3 (A) Air Headquarters, ‘J’ Block, Room No. 17, Opp. Vayu Bhawan, Motilal Nehru Marg, New Delhi-110011 in case of Air Force as their first choice.  The original Certificates are to be submitted within two weeks of completion of the SSB Interview and not later than 13^th  May, 2018 for AFA and not later than 01^st July, 2018 for IMA and not later than 01^st July, 2018 for admission to NA (1^st October, 2018 in case of SSC only).  The candidates must not send the original Certificates to the Union Public Service Commission.

All the candidates who have successfully qualified in the written exam are required to register themselves online on the Indian Army Recruiting website nic.in within two weeks of announcement of written result. The successful candidates would them be allotted Selection Centres and dates, of SSB interview which shall be communicated on the registered e-mail ID. Any candidate who has already registered earlier on the site will not be required to do so. In case of any query/Login problem, e-mail be forwarded to dirrecruiting6-mod@nic.in.

In case, there is any change of address, the candidates are advised to promptly intimate directly to the Army Headquarters/Naval Headquarters/Air Headquarters as the case may be.

The Union Public Service Commission have a Facilitation Counter near Examination Hall Building in its Campus. Candidates may obtain any information/clarification regarding this examination on working days between 00 AM to 5.00 PM, in person or over telephone No.011-23385271, 011-23381125 and 011-23098543 from this Facilitation Counter. Candidates can also obtain information regarding their result by accessing UPSC website http://www.upsc.gov.in

The marks-sheet of candidates who have not qualified will be put on the Commission’s website within 15 days from the date of publication of the final result of OTA (after conducting SSB Interview) and will remain available on the website for a period of 60 days.

Neet 2018 Application form Updates

                  CENTRAL BOARD OF SECONDARY EDUCATION (CBSE) published Noticed for NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY CUM ENTRANCE TEST (NEET) exam.More Details About Fee Structure and more details about form filling in mentioned below. 

1. Please read the instructions, procedure and Information Bulletin carefully before you start filling the Online Application Form.


2. NEET (UG) will be conducted as per the directives of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Medical Council of India and Dental Council of India. For details, check Admission Notice available on Website.


3. Candidates can apply for NEET (UG), 2018 “Online” only.


4. Indian Nationals, Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), Overseas Citizen of India (OCIs), Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs) & Foreign Nationals are eligible to appear in NEET (UG)-2017 & also eligible for 15% All India Quota seats.

6. The upper age limit for NEET is 25 years as on the date of examination with the relaxation of 5 years for candidates belonging to OBC/SC/ST category.

9. Candidates must follow the instructions strictly as given in the Information Bulletin and on the website.


10. Requirement of Aadhaar- Clarification
    
    
    
    • All the Indian citizen candidates should possess AADHAAR card issued by UIDAI. At the time of filling application form of NEET (UG)–2018, the candidates will have to enter their AADHAAR number, name, date of birth & gender which will be validated with the UIDAI’s data.
    
    
    • In case, these particulars do not match, the candidates will not be able to fill the application form for NEET (UG)–2018. Therefore, the candidates are advised to ensure that their AADHAAR card has correct details of their name, date of birth & gender as per school records.
    
    
    • If there is some mismatch in these details, the candidates should immediately get it corrected in AADHAAR data or school records, as the case may be.
    
    
    • Applicants not yet enrolled for Aadhaar, are hereby required to make application for Aadhaar enrolment in case he/she is entitled to obtain Aadhaar as per section 3 of Aadhaar Act. Such applicant may visit any Aadhaar enrolment center (list available at www.uidai.gov.in) to get enrolled for Aadhaar.
    
    
    • In order to facilitate such applicants who are not having Aadhaar, the CBSE has specially set up facilitation centers in each city of examination for the purpose of Aadhaar enrolment. The applicants can approach such facilitation centers who will not charge any amount from any applicant for Aadhaar enrolment. The list of the facilitation center is available on www.cbseneet.nic.in. These applicants who have enrolled for Aadhaar and have not received Aadhaar should enter 28 digits Aadhaar Enrolment ID printed on the Aadhaar enrolment slip at the time of filling the online application form for NEET (UG) 2018.
    
    
    • In case Aadhaar enrolment facility is not available at the facilitation centers, the applicants should submit a request for Aadhaar enrolment. The facilitation center will issue a registration number to such applicants. This registration number should be entered by the applicants at the time of filling the online application form for NEET (UG) 2018.
    
    
    • The above provisions shall be applicable in all states except J&K, Assam & Meghalaya.
    
    
    • For foreign Nationals, Overseas Citizen of India (OCI’s), Persons of Indian Origin (PIO’s), Passport Number is the mandatory requirement for filling up of the online application of NEET-2018.
    
    
    • The applicants who have passed or appearing in Class XII examination from the states of J&K, Assam & Meghalaya need to enter the passport number, ration card number, bank account number or any other valid Govt. identity number provided they should select the city of examination in these states only.
